Garden Scene
I am very proud of this recording which won the "Juno Award" as the most outstanding classical recording in Canada of 2010.
It features my transcription of Korngold's beautiful "Garden Scene" as well as my version of the J.C. Bach/Casadesus Viola Concerto. I was very honoured to record the world premiere of the important solo Sonata of Weinberg which is now available in print from Peermusic.
This recording was the first we did with our production team of Roberto Occhipinti and Jeff Wolpert and it is dedicated to the memory of my brother Paul, the beloved writer who passed away January 2010.
